Durmitor National Park in 1980 was declared a pearl of the world's wealth biosphere UNESCO world organization. Park covers an area of 39,000 hectares, which is located just seven ecosystems.
One of them is Black Lake, named so because of the huge grove of unique black pines. The lake is famous for its magnificent beauty and romance inherent in this place. Another point of interest is National Park glacial cave, located at an altitude of 2040 meters above sea level. Travelers who have visited it, affects the abundance of stalactites and stalagmites of entire compositions.
Durmitor is rich with mountain peaks, of which there are 48, they are all different heights, but the real king of Durmitor is Bobotov Kuk, having a height of 2523 m peaks. The park is 18 glacial lakes with pristine water that sign 748 currently known springs.
Most of the local residents and numerous visitors come to the country in Durmitor park not only for unity with nature, but also for recreation. In the park you can go fishing in the Black Lake, boating, get professional riding lessons, rafting on the Tara River Canyon rafting doing, and in the winter to train your skills in alpine skiing and snowboarding. Due to the abundance of different slopes of the mountains, everyone can pick up a route for the soul.
